2. Eligibility & KYC
To use Cavendra, you must be at least 18 years of age. Users are required to undergo a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before any withdrawals can be processed. Provision of false information will result in immediate account suspension.
3. Investment & Returns
Profits are credited manually following performance reviews by our analysts. While we strive to meet the projected ROI for our packages (Cryptocurrency, Pension Funds, Forex), these rates are subject to market volatility. Principal returns are only guaranteed for "Insured" portfolios.
4. Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
Cavendra strictly complies with international AML regulations. We monitor all transactions for suspicious activity. We reserve the right to freeze accounts and report findings to regulatory authorities if illicit activity is detected.
